Makes one cocktail
4 oz. non-alcoholic ginger beer
4 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
2 oz. vodka or sparkling water
1 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 lime, cut in half
crushed ice cubes
fresh or frozen whole cranberries
lime wedges
copper mugs or cocktail glasses
Add 1 cup of crushed ice to a copper mug (traditional vessel for a mule) or tall cocktail glass.
Pour in ginger beer, cranberry juice, vodka and lime juice, and stir gently with a long-handled spoon or cocktail stirrer until thoroughly combined. Garnish with a few fresh or frozen cranberries and a fresh lime wedge to serve.
