McGRATHPR.com – South Shore Conservatory (SSC) invites string students ages three through 18 to bring their instruments and their friends to its special American Music Camp for Strings preview event on Saturday, March 3, 2 to 5 pm at One Conservatory Drive in Hingham. The event is free of charge.
Open to all playing levels and string instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, mandolin, ukulele), the day includes preview classes in Improvisation, Irish Fiddling, Musical Story Telling, Pop/Movie Music Arranging, Rock Band (aka “Noodle Band”), Old Time Radio Show, Rhythm and Shoes, Cool Cello Techniques, Baroque Ensemble (by invitation only), and a “Cellosaurus Stomp” Dance!
